Our Q3 results show what execution at scale means for $CORZ. We are now billing for 485 MW under our CoreWeave agreement, and GAAP colocation revenue grew nearly 60% sequentially. Capacity we began building two years ago is now serving our customer and generating revenue. We’re nearing completion of that buildout while advancing the initial 530 MW contracted by AMD across five campuses. With approximately 1.1 GW under contract and another 1.9 GW under reservation with AMD, we have substantial growth ahead of us. We expect to complete our exit from bitcoin mining by year-end, simplifying our business to be a pure-play colocation provider and concentrating our capital and resources on the opportunity ahead. Our priorities are clear: deliver our commitments, operate reliably for our customers and deploy capital with discipline. That’s how we intend to build lasting shareholder value.
