Following recent supply-chain incidents, we decided to reduce the number of resellers so we can more effectively check those we work with. Let us be very clear: there is not a single piece of evidence that Trezor devices have been compromised. This is a preventive step, taken out of an abundance of caution. We also want to thank everyone involved for the cooperation, and for the years of work putting Trezor in people’s hands.

So far, no OneKey user has reported losing funds in connection with the CryptoBilis incident. As a precaution, we’ve ended CryptoBilis’s authorization and are taking three steps, effective today: 1. No new resellers. 2. A full review of every existing reseller. Any we can’t verify will lose authorization, and we’ll publish the complete list of authorized resellers once the review is done. 3. Free replacements for anyone who bought a OneKey from CryptoBilis between March 1, 2026 and today. Any model, activated or not. Apply by Dec 31, 2026. Our CEO @ohyishi’s full statement: Over the past few days, several users who bought Ledger hardware wallets from CryptoBilis have reported stolen funds. Ledger has confirmed that unauthorized hardware was implanted in the affected devices. The exact cause and scope are still under investigation. CryptoBilis has also sold OneKey, Trezor, Tangem, SafePal, imKey and other brands, so many people have asked me: Is my OneKey still safe? As of this post, we have not received any reports of OneKey users losing funds because of this incident. But no reports doesn’t mean no risk. Our users’ security can’t rely on luck, and we won’t gamble with it. We have ended CryptoBilis’s authorization. It is no longer an authorized OneKey reseller. Starting today, we’re doing three things. 1. No new resellers. Effective immediately, OneKey will not add any new resellers. 2. A full review of all existing resellers. Every reseller, including those already approved, will be reviewed again. Any reseller whose business entity can’t be verified, or whose ultimate beneficial owner isn’t clear, will lose its authorization and be removed from our website. Our reseller network will shrink significantly. Hardware wallets protect people’s assets, so our sales channels must be tightly controlled. When the review is complete, we’ll publish the full list of authorized resellers on our website. Anyone not on that list is not an authorized OneKey reseller. 3. Free replacements for eligible CryptoBilis buyers. If you bought a OneKey hardware wallet from CryptoBilis between March 1, 2026 and the date of this statement, you can get a free replacement: any model, whether or not it has been activated or used. Why March 1? A former co-founder of CryptoBilis has said publicly that the company was acquired earlier this year and that management was handed over in March. Starting on March 1 covers the whole handover month and every purchase after it. That’s more than 180 days. We’d rather cover too much than too little. Replacements ship directly from the official OneKey Store. You’ll get a brand-new device of the same model. If that model is out of stock, we’ll upgrade you to a newer one for free. You don’t need to send the old device back. How to apply: click “Support” on the OneKey website, or go to https://t.co/Ab9aGswF44 and submit a ticket titled “CryptoBilis Replacement.” Include: – Proof of purchase or receipt (required) – Device model – Whether the device has been activated or used Deadline: December 31, 2026. You can apply for a replacement, but don’t wait to protect your assets. If your device hasn’t been activated, don’t activate it. Just apply for a replacement. If you’re already using it and it holds assets, treat your old recovery phrase as possibly compromised as a precaution, and move your assets to a wallet with a brand-new recovery phrase as soon as you can. Don’t wait for the new device. If you have another hardware wallet from a trusted source, generate a brand-new recovery phrase on it and move your assets there. If you don’t, create a new wallet in OneKey App on a secure, trusted phone or computer, generate a brand-new recovery phrase, and move your assets there for now. When your new device arrives, generate a brand-new recovery phrase on it and move your assets over. Don’t import your old recovery phrase, or the temporary App wallet’s phrase, into the new device. Once everything is moved, stop using the old device and the old recovery phrase. One last reminder: OneKey support will never ask for your recovery phrase or PIN. Anyone who asks for them in the name of a “replacement” or “verification” is a scammer. People choose OneKey because they trust OneKey. We have to live up to that trust. I’ll see this through and share updates as soon as there’s news. — Yishi
